Mess Of Blues – Terms & Policies
1. Exchanges & Returns
- We gladly offer exchanges or store credit for items purchased, if the product is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached). 
- No refunds are offered, as we are a small boutique with limited stock. 
- If you choose an item of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference. 
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement or store credit at our expense. 
- Some items are exclusive to our store and are not eligible for return or exchange. 
2. Tailoring Program
- Jackets and pants: $1,400. 
- A $200 in-store appointment fee is required for measuring and consultation. This amount is deductible from your total order if you proceed. If no order is placed, the $200 is non-refundable. 
- Small adjustments, like shortening sleeves or pants, are included. Additional adjustments are priced separately. 
- Upon receipt of your tailored items, we will take your measurements again to ensure proper fit. Please note: significant changes in body size between measurement and delivery may affect fit, as these are custom products. 
3. Custom Orders
- A 60% deposit is required when placing a custom order. 
- The remaining balance is due at delivery. 
- All custom products are made to order; minor fit adjustments are included as noted above. 
4. Payment & Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD. 
- We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay online, and Square in-store. 
- Discounts, promotions, and special offers must be redeemed at the time of purchase. 
5. Additional Notes
- We reserve the right to update these policies at any time; changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
